Coastal Cleanup – International Coastal Cleanup Day

Join the Coalition to Save Hempstead Harbor for the International Coastal Cleanup on September 19, 2026, from 9 AM–11 AM. Volunteers will help remove litter and coastal debris from local shorelines while contributing valuable information to the world’s largest coastal debris database. Cleanup locations: Morgan Park Beach, North Hempstead Beach Park, and Sea Cliff Beach. Sign-up is required.
