Sea Cliff Civic Association Patriotic Bicycle Parade

Keep the celebration going on Sunday with the Sea Cliff Civic Association’s Patriotic Bicycle Parade.

Participants are invited to bring a festively decorated bike, scooter, stroller, or wagon and join the parade down Sea Cliff Avenue to Clifton Park.

Stars, Stripes & Sea Cliff: Celebrating America at 250 

The Sea Cliff Village Museum is joining the America 250 celebration with a special exhibit, Stars, Stripes & Sea Cliff: Celebrating America at 250.

This exhibit is a wonderful addition to the July Fourth season because it connects the national celebration of America’s 250th Birthday with Sea Cliff’s own local history, heritage, and community story.

Visitors can stop by the museum to learn more about Sea Cliff’s past, explore local artifacts and photographs, and enjoy a meaningful cultural experience as part of the holiday weekend or summer season.

Glen Cove America 250 Events

Glen Cove is celebrating America’s 250th Birthday with a full July 3–5 weekend of music, fireworks, family fun, a patriotic bike parade, and a special gazebo dedication honoring the City’s First Responders.

Friday, July 3: Downtown Sounds Featuring Social Gold

Glen Cove’s America 250 weekend begins downtown with the opening night of Downtown Sounds.

Social Gold will perform at Village Square with a fun mix of pop, hip-hop, country, today’s hits, and throwback favorites. Downtown Sounds is one of Glen Cove’s most popular summer traditions and a great reason to enjoy dinner, drinks, shopping, and live music downtown.

Start Independence Day with Glen Cove’s Children’s Bicycle Parade, sponsored by the Glen Cove Youth Bureau.

Children and families are invited to decorate bicycles, scooters, wagons, strollers, or battery-powered vehicles in patriotic colors and ride proudly through downtown Glen Cove.

Saturday, July 4: Gazebo Dedication Ceremony at Pratt Park 

At 11:00 AM, the Glen Cove community is invited to a special gazebo dedication ceremony at Pratt Park.

The new gazebo is being donated to the City of Glen Cove by the Glen Cove Beautification Litter Prevention Program, Inc. and dedicated to Glen Cove’s First Responders.

Saturday evening brings one of Glen Cove’s most anticipated Independence Day traditions: fireworks at Morgan Memorial Park.

Bring blankets, chairs, and family fun for an evening concert followed by fireworks over the water.
